Roboforex Forex Broker models

There are two typical forex broker models:

Forex Broker - Straight Through Processing (STP)

In this model, the forex broker company is an intermediary between clients and providers of liquidity. Clients' orders in the STP model are automatically sent to the provider of liquidity, while the broker forex gets a commission and a portion of the spread. In this model, the forex broker company is interested in increasing the volume of trades, because it makes a profit by taking commission for each transaction. There is no conflict of interest between the broker forex doing STP and client.

Forex Broker - Market Maker

This model implies that the customer buys and sells through a forex broker. In fact, the forex broker is a forex dealer who is a counterparty of the client in making deals. If customers win, the broker loses profits, and vice versa. The majority of customers have no experience in forex, so it is most likely that 95% of them will lose their money. This model resembles a casino, and most customers are expected to lose their deposits within 1-2 months. In this model, there is a conflict of interest between the broker forex and the client.

RoboForex Hybrid Broker Forex Model

For all cent accounts, ROBOFOREX is a dealer, that is, the second party of the transaction. This happens because the terms of the Prime Broker Forex do not permit transactions below a certain level.

For all standard accounts, the STP technology applies through a bridge connecting with the provider of liquidity. All transactions that exceed 0.1 lot (10,000 units) shall be referred to the bridge and then to the provider of liquidity. With each transaction, RoboForex gets a portion of the spread.

Commerzbank: euro’s going down towards $1.3101

Technical analysts at Commerzbank regard euro's recovery versus US dollar from the minimum in the 1.3500 area as a correction. In their view, the pair EUR/USD will fall to 55-day MA at 1.3400 on its way towards 200-day MA at 1.3101.

The specialists believe that as long as euro's trading below resistance at 1.3750/85 it's going to stay under bearish pressure.

If EUR/USD manages to overcome the 1.3785 level, it will likely gain enough strength to retest 1.3862 and, possibly, 1.3978/1.4000.

MIG Bank: buy GBP/USD on dips to 1.60

Mizuho: EUR/CHF may fall to 1.1400

ING: SNB won’t raise rates until July 2011

Analysts at ING don't think that the Swiss National Bank (SNB) will raise interest rates before July 2011. In their view, such assumption is confirmed by Switzerland's KOF Economic Barometer. The indicator decreased from 2.13 in November to 2.10 in December that may mean that the expansion of the country's economy is going to slow down in coming quarters.

It's necessary to note, though, that even if Switzerland's economic performance will turn out to be a bit weaker in the final quarter of 2010, its GDP growth will overcome the central bank's 2.5% annual GDP growth forecast. However, as the outlook for 2011 is not so bright as we've seen before, SNB rate hike is unlikely before the second half of next year, says ING.

Analysts expect yen to weaken by the end of 2011

According to the median estimate of Tokyo-based analysts, the pair USD/JPY may climb to 88 yen by the end of 2011 on the speculation the Federal Reserve will reduce monetary easing due to the recovery of American economy.

Strategists at Credit Suisse Group AG believe that the yield spread between Japanese and US bonds will widen supporting the greenback. In their view, the Fed's $600 billion of government debt purchases will end as scheduled in June or even earlier and yen will weaken to 90 yen per dollar at the end of next year.

Among 11 specialists surveyed through December 20 by Bloomberg News 8 are looking forward to yen's decline against its US counterpart from the end of March when fiscal year finishes in Japan to December 31, while no one shares opinion that Japanese currency may go down below 2010 minimum at 94.99 yen per dollar.

5 of the interviewed suppose that yen may temporarily strengthen past its postwar record maximum at 79.75 yen per dollar due to still strong concerns about euro zone's debt crisis and China's attempts to fight growing inflation.

Japan's Finance Minister Yoshihiko Noda announced that he's ready to act decisively action if necessary. Currency strategists at Nomura Securities believe that Japanese monetary authorities will conduct currency intervention the yen overcomes the level of 80 yen per dollar or the record maximum.

UBS: dollar will advance in January 2011

In their view, bond yield spreads between the United States and Japan will keep being small as the Federal Reserve is quite unlikely to start trying to quit its quantitative easing program.

The specialists underline that the Fed's objective is to minimize unemployment, while the Obama administration has pledged to double exports in 5 years and create 2 million jobs. At the same time Japanese investors are reducing demand for American securities as the country's exporters have to repatriate profits.

BNP Paribas: sell euro and pounds

Currency strategists at BNP Paribas advise investors to sell the European currency and British pounds versus Japanese yen, Australian dollars, Swiss francs and Asian currencies at the end of the year.

UBS: dollar renewed minimum versus franc

The specialists note that risk aversion strengthened after weaker than expected US data released yesterday. S&P Case-Shiller HPI 20 dropped in October by 0.8% from last year's level. CB Consumer Confidence decreased from 54.3 in November to 52.5 in December, while the economists were looking forward to the advance to 56.2.

Promotion rules

Bonus is deposited automatically into accounts which were deposited via e-currencies. If you deposited your account by bank wire, please contact our Customer Support Department.
No partner's commission is paid for bonus funds trading
The bonus cannot be added to internal transfer deposits and to deposits by contests/promotions, etc.
The bonus can be withdrawn after the total volume of orders in an account reaches bonus size divided by 3 (rounded to the larger number). In case the account had several bonuses, this volume sums up. E.g. your deposit was 1000 USD. Your bonus will be 250 USD. The total volume must be 250/3 = 84 lots.
The bonus can become withdrawable ONLY if by the moment of lots calculation it is still in the account. If the necessary volume reaches required number, but the bonus is already cancelled, it will not be added or compensated.
In case the amount of your own funds becomes less than the bonus size – the bonus will be cancelled.
In case trader's own funds are withdrawn after the bonus added, the bonus will be cancelled.
In case the account balance falls below zero, the company compensates the account balance to zero.
